CBW Trade Show 2025

As the creative lead for my third trade show, I developed the event’s graphic identity and produced all supporting collateral—including signage, vendor passports, new item tags, the deal book, menus, and name badges. I served as the main point of contact for the photographer, videographer, tech crew, and emcee, ensuring every visual and technical element aligned with the show’s vision. In addition to creative direction, I played an active role in managing the show floor to support a smooth and successful experience for vendors and attendees alike.

A video was created to capture the event’s most memorable moments and vibrant energy. I was deeply involved throughout the pre-production and post-production stages, contributing to the creative vision and providing hands-on direction. From planning key shots to offering detailed feedback during editing, I collaborated closely with the production team to ensure the final video authentically reflected the spirit and significance of the event.
