I led the design of our first company billboards—an important milestone in expanding both our hiring reach and brand visibility. This campaign marked a bold new direction in how we approached local marketing, with billboard locations strategically selected through a joint effort between our HR and Marketing teams. Beyond recruitment, the billboards also served as a public relations tool, helping solidify our presence in the community.
