CBW Promotional Calendars
Each year, I lead the creation of CBW’s annual promotional calendar in collaboration with ZYN, ensuring a fresh and engaging design that aligns with both brands. I develop the layout and graphics, crafting a visually appealing and functional piece that highlights key promotions throughout the year. In addition to the design process, I manage all communication with the vendor and printer, ensuring a seamless production process and a high-quality final product.
2025
This year, we continued featuring photos that aligned with our Promo Flyer category focus but took a more editorial approach with polished, magazine-style imagery. The refined design made the calendar more visually engaging while maintaining a professional feel. To enhance functionality, we added a dedicated space for customers to write important notes, such as special deliveries or key promotions, ensuring it remained both practical and visually appealing.
2024
In the second year, we aimed for a more modern design by aligning each month’s theme with CBW’s Promo Flyer category focus. This layout optimized space, giving customers more room to write in appointments while keeping the design clean and functional. To reinforce ZYN, we incorporated ZYN cans into the monthly collages, seamlessly integrating the brand into everyday life.
2023
For our first collaboration with ZYN, I alternated CBW and ZYN throughout the calendar to ensure both companies had equal representation. Each brand was also featured on the other’s content pages, maximizing visibility and reinforcing the partnership. Additionally, I incorporated special holidays relevant to convenience stores, making the calendar both functional and industry-specific.
